Dried Beans:  My favorite source of dried beans is Rancho Gordo.  They grow heirloom varieties.  Supply is frequently limited.  If you see something you like, don’t pass it up.

Italian Culinary Experience:  If you are interested in Italian Cuisine and want to gain an in-depth understanding I highly recommend the Italian Culinary Institute in Stalettì, Italy.  Most courses are one week long but some are longer.  The Master of Italian Cuisine course lasts three months.
